VC Island full of booby traps and thick growth. Max arty range from Jackson. Squad size stay behind left from 3rd Platoon Alpha. Later big contact. Made the RVN news on the radio as it was going on by some mysterious circumstance. Stay behind after losing contact for a while extracted by ACV.
