“On this date, a Delta platoon had been inserted for their daily sweep. After chatting with an ARVN unit, they proceeded out. Just as they were getting ready to cross a small stream, a command-detonated 105mm went off that had been placed 1/2 up a tree…killing Pfc Rickey Harris and wounding two”
