Initially AO wasn’t presumptive in bladder cancer; in the cited claim there is a side concern with diesel fuel exposure, the vet filing the claim was awarded his claim. I recommend you proceed with your claim. I have diabetes 2 from AO exposure, took me a while to get disability approved. Organizations like VFW & DAV (among others) can help you get the claim together and a bunch of other stuff.
