The Washington post and journalism

Postby Niner Alpha » Sun Sep 18, 2016 11:15 am

The Edward Snowden movie is out and various groups have called for Obama to pardon Snowden...including Bernie Sanders, the ACLU, various major newspapers, etc. However, the Washington Post editors... who disclosed the Snowden files of it's own accord, in a long series, and with full responsibility for doing so, isn't joining the ease up on Snowden group. Even after they accepted gladly a Pulitzer prize for what they disclosed they now say it's all Snowden's fault that anything was disclosed and he should go to prison.

Here is what Glenn Greenwald... the guy that introduced Snowden to the media.. has to say in his latest editorial.

And... I just learned that the guy that bought the Washington Post not long ago also is the guy selling the Government spy industry a 600 million dollar "cloud" to stash some of their "secret" information in. Nice move on his part... slick.
