Regarding the logs: I had copied
the daily logs for most of the 6/31 KIA's that show where/what/why happened.
Each day is about 7-8 pages. I was looking for someone involved in the
Unit's history that will take the time and scan them into a PDF
format.....then put them on a CD or upload to a cloud for download. I just
don't have the time to do it - and need to get rid of the paper copies. I
figured they're key to the Association and/or of historical importance, and
thought of you. Obviously, I'd like a copy when they're scanned in. If
it's not something you'd want to do - maybe see if anyone else you're in
touch with will do it.
Now here's the deal. We all know the Association is not likely to want to do any of this ....or see any need to retain the information. If more than a half dozen people were still out there that I thought actually cared, I'd do it. But....if this site goes away from lack of interest after the first of the year there would be no point.
Any interest in the project out there?
