I was there with Bill when he got hit. We were taking heavy fire. Sgt. Sanchez got hit in the shoulder. Bill was attending to him when he got hit. He came forward to help the wounded. He was a brave guy. He was tending to the wounded as we were taking heavy fire., He was a good man... to think back. We were only 19 and fighting for our lives. He was a good guy and will be remembered.
